All our clinical staff is Certified Orthodontic Assistants (COA) once they have completed the necessary requirements of the Dental Assisting National Board. In addition, they continually take specific courses in orthodontic dental assisting to better serve our patients and to stay current with the advancements made in the orthodontic field. They take courses every year to maintain their CPR and First Aid certification.
They also participate annually in OSHA Update courses, which allow them to stay current with the latest infection control protocol as outlined by the CDC.
Our front desk staff participates in many continuing education courses and orthodontic seminars in order to more effectively handle the needs of our patients and their families.
